If the weather does not play along, you only need to cancel briefly. There are no costs. You are also welcome to come on an alternative day if the weather is fine again.

In general, registration is not necessary for a perfect visit. Smaller groups of up to 10 people in particular do not need to register.
Registration is desirable for groups of 15 or more. Just give us a call or send us a message via the group registration form.
Not necessarily. If you are alone and buy 15 rides at the ticket office, you already get the group discount.
YES, you can use your group ticket on the summer toboggan run or the Wie-Flyer.
A light shower doesn't stop us. However, if it starts to rain more heavily, we have to close the lanes temporarily.
Yes of course, you can buy tickets for all attractions on site. Some attractions are also coin-operated and can be paid for directly on site.
You can buy your tickets on site or in our webshop before your visit. You can pay by card, cash or invoice on site.
Yes, the GROUP PRICE is available on our rides from a minimum purchase of 15 rides.
No, we do not have cancellation fees for group registrations. If you have to cancel your visit at short notice (e.g. due to bad weather), this is no problem at all. Just let us know so that we are informed. We do not charge any reservation fees.
Yes, we can also write an invoice that can be conveniently transferred after your stay. Please simply provide an invoice address and a contact person when you register.
You do not have to be there exactly at the agreed time, if you are a little earlier or later, this should not be an issue. However, it is advisable to arrive on time to avoid problems or long waiting times due to other groups. During your stay, it is up to you how you want to use your time and how long you want to stay.
Yes, it is also possible to buy group tickets on site. To make your day easier, you can also buy tickets in our webshop at any time.
