No, we do not have cancellation fees for group registrations. If you have to cancel your visit at short notice (e.g. due to bad weather), this is no problem at all. Just let us know so that we are informed. We do not charge any reservation fees.

Yes, we can also write an invoice that can be conveniently transferred after your stay. Please simply provide an invoice address and a contact person when you register.

You do not have to be there exactly at the agreed time, if you are a little earlier or later, this should not be an issue. However, it is advisable to arrive on time to avoid problems or long waiting times due to other groups. During your stay, it is up to you how you want to use your time and how long you want to stay.
