Summer tobogganing & flying
Children aged 3 and over may toboggan if accompanied. The companion must be at least 8 years old. From the age of 8, everyone may toboggan alone. Unfortunately, children under the age of 3 are not allowed to toboggan for safety reasons. However, there are also many attractions without a minimum age.
Two people fit on one toboggan, but you are also welcome to toboggan alone. Please check the minimum age beforehand and bring an accompanying person (if necessary). We have noted down all the important dates of the attractions.
There is no maximum size, there are also tobogganers who are over 2 meters tall. Our maximum weight for the toboggans on the summer toboggan run is 150 kg.
Our season starts in mid-March and, weather permitting, we can operate until the beginning of November. In winter we open at weekends when the weather is fine.

You do not need to book our toboggan run. We recommend booking in advance for groups of 30 people or more, but we are also prepared for spontaneous visits. Take a look at our offers.
Our summer toboggan run is barrier-free. There are special conditions for people with a disabled pass and a registered accompanying person. You can find out more about the prices here.

In your own interest and due to safety regulations, pregnant women are not permitted to use the summer toboggan run. However, there are plenty of good vantage points where you can watch your loved ones tobogganing in comfort.
Yes, the GROUP PRICE is available on our rides from a minimum purchase of 15 rides.
Yes - every toboggan rider must buy a ticket. Even if you are only the accompanying person for the under 8-year-old child.
A light rain shower should not stop us. If the rain lasts longer, we will unfortunately have to close the summer toboggan run and Wie-Flyer. If you are unsure, take a look at the webcam.
You can enter the Inselsberg Funpark free of charge. To use our rides, you will need to buy a ticket at the ticket office on site. You can find the prices on our PRICE PAGE.
Our toboggan tickets are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. You will also find the expiration date on the toboggan tickets.
In any case! The 6-ticket is not personal and can be used by several people.
Our tickets are valid for all rides. You decide for yourself whether you redeem a ride for the summer toboggan run or the Wie-Flyer.
With your toboggan ticket, you go through the turnstile and get on the next free toboggan. Our staff will then give you a brief introduction to the braking system. And then the wild ride begins. Using the brake lever, you decide for yourself how fast you want to go. Once you reach the bottom, you simply remain comfortably seated and are automatically pulled up again with our lift system.
A visit to the summer toboggan run and Wie-Flyer is always worthwhile! If you want to avoid a long queue, we recommend a visit in the morning if the weather forecast is good. The early bird sleds longer!

No, you can buy our toboggan tickets easily and conveniently directly from us at the ticket office. But you can also buy them via our ONLINE-SHOP. It is not possible to reserve toboggan rides.

Children aged 4 and over can fly with a guide. From the age of 8 you can also fly alone. In general, the Wie-Flyer has a minimum height requirement of 1.05 m. However, there are also many attractions without a minimum age.

General information
The early bird sleds longer! In the morning, when most guests are still on their way to the Inselsberg, you have particularly short waiting times. We then enjoy the tranquillity of nature. This is a real insider tip: Saturday mornings are excellent for tobogganing without long waiting times and with the first rays of sunshine.
Yes, you can pay with all major EC cards and credit cards. The safest way is to check our prices.
The best place to look is under Directions, where you will find all the directions. Whether by bike, car or bus.
We are a pet-friendly adventure mountain, so you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. We ask you to keep dogs on a lead. However, dogs are not allowed on the summer toboggan run.
Yes, our Funpark is suitable for people in wheelchairs or with a disability. Parents with baby carriages should also have no problems bringing them along.
You can buy tickets and other small souvenirs at any time via our webshop.
We open daily from 10 am. Depending on the time of year and vacations, we are open at least until 5 p.m. and longer if required. We are also open at weekends and on public holidays!
There are two seasons: summer and winter. The summer season starts in mid-March and ends at the beginning of November. In the winter season, we are only occasionally open on sunny weekends. Here, however, we decide spontaneously.
Of course, heavy rain or thunderstorms can cause us to close at short notice. There is a traffic light system for opening times on our homepage, where our individual attractions are constantly updated.
You can park conveniently in our parking lots. They are even free of charge and right next to the Inselsberg Funpark. No amusement park is quicker!

Yes, we are an animal-friendly theme park. You can spend the day with your furry loved ones without having to worry. Please note that there is a leash requirement on site.

Group + birthday
When you arrive with your group, simply report to the toboggan cash desk. We will explain everything to you and you will receive your complete birthday package.
Registration or reservation is desirable so that everything is well prepared. On the day of the children's birthday party, please register with us at the toboggan cash desk. There you will receive all further information about tobogganing and food.
We do not have a specially decorated table for your group. However, we do have plenty of seating options that you can use (without a reservation).
We don't mind if you bring your own birthday cake. Enjoy it to the full! Alternatively, cakes and other snacks are available in our Panorama-Grill.
Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any time free of charge.
A little rain doesn't stop us, the fun can continue. However, if it starts to rain more heavily, we will have to close the courses temporarily. You are welcome to check our webcam before you arrive to see what the weather is like on site.
No no, it's enough if it was your birthday shortly before. You don't have to come by exactly on your birthday. The main thing is that you have a great birthday party!
First of all, get well soon! If the number of participants changes slightly at short notice, we'll turn a blind eye. We will definitely find a solution that works for everyone. Just let us know at the toboggan cash desk.

Yes, we have group prices for school classes. Our group price is available for groups of 15 or more.
Normally, four trips per hour/person are possible. It all depends on the actual rush.

A school trip can be very different. From our experience, we plan with the following time intervals:
- Summer toboggan run: 45 min
- Wie-Flyer: 30 min
- Food & drink: 20 min
- and many other attractions
- plus travel time
We estimate a stay of 1.5 - 2 hours for a school class. The actual time depends on the size of the group and the day's program. It is best to plan your journey.
Our prices are divided into two categories: Children and adults. All persons aged 15 and over pay the adult price. Children up to the age of 14 pay the children's price. This also applies to schoolchildren on school trips. Please also note our prices for group offers.
Small school classes of less than 20 people do not need to register. We recommend pre-registration via our group registration form.
We require the following information:
- Day of visit and time of planned arrival
- Length of stay, if known
- Number of participants (children or adults)
- The mobile number of a supervisor or teacher who will accompany you on the day of the visit
Your details are only required for internal processes and will not be saved or passed on to third parties.
We subject our lifts to the statutory TÜV inspection at regular intervals. The rides are also serviced daily. If you follow the safety instructions of our staff on site and the signs on the track, accidents are virtually impossible.
